How does valve work?

1. Manual Angle Valve (Residential/General Use)
Initial State: The valve is pre-installed at the 90° pipeline junction (e.g., between water supply pipe and bathroom faucet). In the closed state, the ceramic/metal core seals the flow channel tightly, blocking medium circulation.

Opening Operation: Rotate the handle or handwheel 90° (quarter-turn design for most home models) manually. The core rotates synchronously, aligning its internal through-hole with the valve's inlet and outlet. The medium (e.g., cold/hot water) flows into the valve from the inlet, turns 90° through the channel, and exits to the connected fixture.

Flow Regulation (If Applicable): For throttle-type manual models, adjust the handle rotation angle (less than 90°) to control the overlapping area between the core through-hole and the valve channel, thereby adjusting flow rate.

Closing Operation: Rotate the handle back to the original position. The core resets to seal the channel, cutting off medium flow immediately to prevent leakage.

2. Pneumatic Angle Valve (Industrial Use)
Standby State: The valve remains closed when no compressed air is supplied to the actuator. The spring inside the actuator pushes the valve core against the sealing seat, blocking the flow channel.

Opening Trigger: When the control system sends a signal, compressed air enters the actuator's cylinder, generating thrust to overcome the spring force. The piston drives the valve stem and core to move, opening the flow channel. Industrial media (e.g., steam, chemical solutions) pass through the 90° valve body and flow to the target pipeline.

Stable Operation: The actuator maintains pressure to keep the core in the set position, ensuring stable medium flow. For regulating models, the air pressure can be adjusted to control the core's opening degree and stabilize the flow rate.

Closing Trigger: When the control signal stops, the air in the actuator is discharged. The spring rebounds to push the core back to the sealing position, closing the valve and terminating medium circulation.
