This innovation not only prevents premature wear but also ensures bubble-tight sealing (meeting 6D Leakage Class VI) even after tens of thousands of opening/closing cycles, a critical improvement over traditional butterfly valves.

Constructed with durability in mind, the valve body is crafted from premium materials such as forged carbon steel (A105),
stainless steel (304/316/316L), or alloy steel (F51/F53), tailored to resist corrosion, high pressure, and extreme temperatures.

It handles working pressures up to 1500 ANSI Class and operating temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) to 450°C (842°F), making it compatible with aggressive media like crude oil, natural gas, steam, acidic solutions, and industrial wastewater.

How does valve work?

The double-flange triple eccentric butterfly valve operates via a 90° rotating disk, powered by manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators. Its triple eccentricity (shaft, seat, disk) lifts the disk slightly during rotation, eliminating friction with the seal. 

Aligning the streamlined disk with flanged pipeline openings allows unobstructed media flow; rotating 90° presses the disk tightly against the seal for leak-tight shut-off. The bolted double-flange design ensures stable pipeline integration, while the eccentric structure enables reliable control in high-pressure/temperature industrial systems.
