TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) tubing is a flexible, durable plastic hose widely used for pneumatic systems, fluid transfer, air tools, machinery, and automation. It combines high flexibility, abrasion resistance, and oil resistance.

Pressure resistance depends on inner diameter and wall thickness. Generally, our standard TPU tubing supports 0.8–1.0 MPa (116–145 PSI) for normal pneumatic applications. Custom high-pressure versions are also available.

Yes. It is widely used for compressed air, clean water, weak chemicals, and lubricating oils. It is not recommended for strong corrosive fluids, high-temperature steam, or fuel.

 How do you pack TPU tubing?

Yes. We normally supply blue, red, black, yellow, white, and transparent TPU tubing. Color customization is supported for bulk orders.

For standard inventory sizes, delivery is 7–15 days. For customized sizes, colors, or large orders, the lead time is 15–25 days.

Standard packing is 100 meters/roll or 200 meters/roll, wrapped with plastic film and cartons. Pallet packing is available for sea shipment.
