3-layer extrusion through-the-weave integrated structure:
1. Inner & Outer Cover: Modified thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), one-step extruded, ultra-smooth bore to reduce friction loss during liquid transfer.
2. Reinforcement Layer: High-tenacity polyester filament circular woven jacket. Adopted extrusion through-the-weave technology, tightly bonded with TPU material, no delamination, low elongation, strong tensile & crush resistance.

Our TPU layflat hose is manufactured with imported modified TPU raw material and advanced extrusion through-the-weave technology, featuring seamless 3-layer composite structure with outstanding pressure resistance, abrasion resistance & weather resistance.
It can be fully collapsed and rolled flat after draining liquid, lightweight for easy storage & transportation, perfect for long-distance fluid transfer in oil & gas, mining, agriculture, flood control, fire fighting and chemical industries. Full OEM customization available, matched with aluminum/steel quick couplings & hose reels. Every piece passes 100% hydraulic burst test before shipment, stable quality exported to over 80 countries worldwide.
Specification Range: Inner Diameter 2–20 inch, Working Pressure 5–60 bar, single roll length 10–300m, customizable colors: black, red, orange, blue, green.
1. High Pressure Resistance: Working pressure 5–40 bar, burst pressure ≥3x working pressure, much stronger than PVC layflat hose, ideal for shale frac water & mine high-pressure dewatering.
2. Super Abrasion Resistance: 5x higher wear resistance than PVC, withstand rough ground dragging, vehicle rolling, slurry & gravel delivery, service life 3–5 times longer than rubber hose.
3. Wide Temperature Tolerance: Operating range -50℃ ~ +80℃, no hardening & cracking under extreme cold; UV & ozone resistant for long outdoor exposure.
4. Lay Flat & Lightweight: Fully collapsible after draining, only 1/3 weight of rubber hose with same diameter, 75%
storage space saved, cut transport & labor cost greatly.
5. Oil & Chemical Corrosion Resistant: Resist , engine oil, weak acid & alkali, widely used in oil & gas, mining, chemical industry.
6. Smooth Bore Energy Saving: Low friction loss, reduce pump power consumption for long-distance fluid transfer, no residue & algae growth inside.
7. Repairable & Fully Customizable: Local damage can be hot-melt repaired; ID 2–20 inch, length 10–300m, color, pressure, couplings & private logo OEM available.
