Product Description

The AH42F liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) safety valve is suitable for use on the liquid phase outlet pipe of LPG with an operating temperature of -40 to 80°C. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference is 0.5 MPa, the LPG can automatically flow back into the tank.

The AH42F LPG safety valve is widely used in various fields including municipal construction, farmland, gas supply, water conservancy, thermal power generation, petrochemicals, metallurgy and mining, fire protection and environmental protection, food, shipping, pharmaceuticals, and textiles.

 

1. The spring-loaded full-opening safety valve features a simple structure, excellent sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small reseating pressure differential, and convenient adjustment.

2. Nozzle-type valve seat: The valve seat is a Vivaldi nozzle-type seat. Steam reaches speed at the valve seat outlet, resulting in a large discharge coefficient. The valve seat sealing surface is overlaid with cobalt-chromium-tungsten hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, erosion-resistant, and has a long service life.

3. Thermoelastic valve disc: The valve disc is designed with a thermoelastic structure. Its slight deformation under medium pressure improves sealing performance and overcomes the premature leakage phenomenon near the set pressure. The valve disc sealing surface uses advanced laser hardening technology, improving hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
